Ozzi Kleen model SC20 is a Fully Containerised Transportable Package Wastewater Treatment Plant. It employs an activated sludge process using Intermittent Decant Extended Aeration (IDEA) Technology, in which all treatment steps take place in the same reactor. It is designed and operated to enhance the nutrients removal in addition to remove TSS and BOD.
Materials of Construction:
20' NEW steel shipping container:6050 L x 2440 W x 2600 H, Internal coating for added protection. Other tanks are made of Polyethylene to AS/NZS 1546.1
Installation:
SC20 requires only minor piping and electrical connections on site, could be operational within hours of delivery.

Effluent Standards:
The standard SC20 package plant will meet the Secondary effluent standards; however the Advanced Secondary or Tertiary effluent standards can also be achieved when required.

Maintenance:
All servicing shall be carried out by authorized Services Persons. Operators training available on request.
