SC20 system requires only minor pipe work and electrical connections following installation of the tanks.

Delivery:
The Ozzi Kleen SC20 standard system will be delivered with the standard 20' Containerised Package Plant and few separated components.

Installation of Tanks:
The container and tanks are normally to be positioned on a concrete slab or footings at ground level.  The tanks can also be buried below ground if required.

System Installations & Connections:
There is a connection box located on the bottom of right side of control centre, connections are to be made as the following:

• The incoming sewer pipe from pump station
• Effluent pipe to Irrigation System or disposal
• The aeration tank drain pipe
• The waste sludge pipe to waste sludge tank
• A supernatant discharge pipe from the waste sludge tank to the pump station
• The main electrical supply to the power connection point is located in the connection box

Commissioning & Testing:
Following the installation of all equipment pre-commissioning and testing will commence.  The owner will be advised of all testing and may witness the testing if required.

A report on the commissioning and testing will be submitted to the owner on completion along with notification that the system is ready to receive waste.  The system start-up and commissioning will be carried out by qualified and experienced persons from Suncoast Waste Water Management.
